All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or high-demand periods.
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Purchasing multiple items may result in batch delivery. Delays may occur due to weather, peak seasons, or other unforeseen events.
Currently, we only ship within the United States — we do not offer international shipping at this time. We provide free shipping on all U.S. orders over $59 — no promo code needed, it's automatically applied at checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package on the carrier's website.
Contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and do our best to resolve the issue. Also, please double-check that the shipping address you provided was correct.
Our ceramic mugs are made from high-quality porcelain with a smooth glaze finish. All designs are printed using food-safe, lead-free sublimation inks.
Our stainless steel tumblers are hand-wash recommended to preserve the artwork.
Our double-wall vacuum insulated tumblers keep drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return through our contact page. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Please note: we do not offer refunds for wrong size, color, or change of mind. If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us with a photo within 10 days and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Because every piece is made to order, we're unable to exchange it for a different design once your order is placed — so we recommend double-checking your choice at checkout. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll gladly make it right; just contact us within 10 days.
Our ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Avoid abrasive scrubbers on the printed surface.
Our sublimation printing process embeds the ink into the surface, making it highly resistant to fading.
